INTERNET SAFETY

At Burwell Primary School we take internet safety very seriously and would like to make you aware of the range of on line resources for pupils, parents and teachers. All of them provide useful advice, resources and games to help parents and pupils remain safe on the internet.

It is important to remember that if you ever have any issues which relate to the internet safety of any of  our pupils please do not hesitate to contact your class teacher. All of our pupils are also told  to report any inappropriate Internet issues to their class teacher; Mr Smith (Headteacher); Mrs Watts (Deputy) or Miss Taylor  (ICT coordinator)

This provides information and resources on internet safety. There are areas for 5-7 year olds, 8-10 year olds and 11–16 year olds and all have games and videos promoting how to have fun on the internet safely.
There is a section for parents & carers https://www.thinkuknow.co.uk/Parentsold/

Most importantly, there’s also a place which anyone can use to report if they feel uncomfortable or worried about someone they are chatting to online.
